Brianna Lui, MS, PA-C & Women’s Health Coach

Founder

Born and raised in Manchester, NH, Bri moved to Missoula, MT in 2015 and now travels often between Missoula, Los Angeles, and New England. With graduate degrees in Exercise Science, Physician Assistant Studies, and over 10+ years of experience as a PA, Bri has transitioned to a role as a longevity health coach, empowering those who are ready to optimize their health and vitality.

Bri recognized there was a missing piece in healthcare - time - that left patient's without the support, education and accountability needed to be successful in reaching health and lifestyle goals - in nutrition, exercise, stress, and sleep. These are extremely important pillars of health; they affect our longevity and are the foundation of our entire physiological functioning. If these areas are not addressed, it can lead to a variety of chronic diseases and increase morbidity and mortality. Unfortunately, our current health system is not yet built for allowing practitioners to integrate in the time and support patient's need in these areas. As a health coach, she’s committed to bridging the gap between conventional healthcare and the path to personal longevity.

Bri's coaching interests are:

  • Women's longevity, especially those in peri/post-menopause

  • Support for those on HRT and/or GLP-1 agonists (ex. semaglutide) and incorporating lifestyle and wellness strategies for long term results, not just a quick fix

  • Precision medicine and utilizing labs/genomics to further individualize nutrition and exercise plans

“I’m excited to work side-by-side my clients - to provide the support, education, science and tools needed for self-discovery, transformation and long-term success.”

In her spare time, Bri enjoys gravel/mountain biking, hiking, skiing, acting and being a lifelong learner.

  • We do NOT diagnose, treat or prescribe. Coaching is NOT a substitute for medical care. We would also recommend you discuss your coaching with your medical provider if you so choose. Coaching is used in conjunction with your routine medical provider treatments to optimize your long term lifestyle behavioral changes.

  • Though Bri is also a medical practitioner, she is here as your health coach and will not provide any medical diagnosis or treatment, including prescription treatment, such as HRT or GLP-1 medications. She will recommend referrals as indicated.

  • We do not provide emergent/urgent care. If you feel there is an urgent/emergent medical issue, contact your medical provider

As a Health Coach…

At DIG Training and Wellness

Bridging the gap between healthcare and the path to personal longevity

We like honest conversations, discovering inner strength, small daily wins, thoughtful movement, nourishing food, and moments of calm amidst the chaos. We believe in wellness as a journey - one rooted in science, self-discovery, and sustainable habits that empower you to live with grit and grace.

We don’t like quick fixes, judgment, dismissing real struggles, or one-size-fits-all approaches. We’re not about hype or unrealistic promises - we’re here to support lasting change that feels authentic and doable for your unique path.

Core Values

Individual Strength

DIG honors that strength looks different for everyone. Training is tailored to meet each woman where she is, offering smart progressions, modifications, and support without pressure to perform or compete.

Consistency Over Perfection

Progress doesn’t require extremes. DIG emphasizes sustainable habits and celebrates the power of showing up—imperfect, tired, motivated, or not. Every little big counts.

Midlife Momentum

Rather than viewing midlife as a slowdown, DIG sees it as a turning point. With the right support, this phase becomes a powerful opportunity to build strength, shift mindset, and reconnect to your body in meaningful ways.

No Fluff or Shame

At DIG, there’s no space for gimmicks, shame, or aesthetic obsession. Coaching is straightforward, compassionate, and rooted in evidence—not trends.

Connection Through Coaching

Strength is more than physical. DIG creates a training experience built on real connection, active listening, and trust. The coach-client relationship is a partnership—and a key part of what makes progress stick.

Respect For Real Life

Life isn’t linear, and training shouldn’t be either. DIG builds plans that flex with the realities of careers, kids, injuries, energy dips, and everything in between—because strength has to fit real life to work in real life.
